BookingPlus is a reservation and customer management system designed for any business whose clients need to make appointments. Once BookingPlus is implemented at your business, it will:

7. What hardware/software do I need to use BookingPlus? 
BookingPlus requires a standard PC and an Internet connection.  That’s it. There are no servers to install, no software to buy, or service contracts to sign.  In essence, you are outsourcing your online reservation needs to us. For a low monthly fee, we’ll host your booking database and provide you with all the necessary software. Technical support and upgrades are included in your monthly fees.

8. Is BookingPlus hard for my staff to learn?
On average, it takes about 15 minutes to learn how to use BookingPlus.  The “Staff Booker” feature ensures that your team takes client reservations quickly and accurately. To guarantee that your front-line staff is comfortable with the software and that implementation is successful, we can train your team via the Internet or conduct a short class at your work site.

BookingPlus allows customers to book and pay for club resources over the Internet. 

12. How safe and secure are the transactions?
BookingPlus uses state-of-the art security protocols to ensure that sensitive data like credit card numbers and customer information remain safe and secure.  In fact, our security measures far exceed that of those typically found at most businesses.

13. Can I limit the number of appointments
that a client can make?

Yes.  We call this the ‘fairness doctrine.’  You can restrict the number of appointments a client can make based on membership type, time of day, department, appointment type, or any other criteria important to you.

14. Can I restrict how far in advance an
appointment can be made?
BookingPlus lets you set parameters for all the different types of appointments your clients are able to book online.  This feature, when combined with the fairness doctrine, eliminates many disputes and frees your staff up to be more productive and provide a higher level of service.

15. Are my customers forced to make
appointments via the Internet?

With BookingPlus, your clients will be able to book an appointment by phone or via the Web.  Best of all, no matter how they schedule an appointment, they will receive fast, accurate service.

16. What prevents somebody from creating fictitious bookings?
BookingPlus offers a number of advanced security options, and allows you to pick the one that best suits your unique business environment. For example, you can:
    • Allow your clients to self-activate accounts
    • Allow your clients to activate accounts but you control
      the final authorization
    • Assign customers usernames and passwords
    • Use ‘good for one-time’ unique numbers (such as member ID or       random characters). As an additional security measure to prevent
      fraud, many of our customers require appointments to be paid for
      at the time of the booking with either a credit card, gift certificate,
      or on a house charge account.

17. How will BookingPlus affect the Accounting Department?
BookingPlus can operate as a stand-alone point-of-sale system, or act as a “Web Cash Register” that can easily be integrated into your existing accounting system.

19. How long does BookingPlus retain my data?
Indefinitely.  This allows you to compare data and bookings over any period of time. 

20. Why don’t you offer an online demo?
BookingPlus is customized to meet the unique needs of each of our clients, so no two installations are alike.  Because of this, a generic demo would not show how the system would look or work at your business.
    Online demos can also be deceptive – they can look great but have limited functionality once implemented.  Lots of ‘bells and whistles’ don’t necessarily translate into a system that benefits you or your customers.
